You or the person you send the voucher can use it at any Zapper merchant or supported partner merchant, in person or online. All you need is the Zapper app!
- To redeem your ZapCash, follow the very easy instructions after purchase. If on web, you will need to scan the QR code provided.
- When using Zapper normally, your available ZapCash vouchers will be shown before finalising your transaction.
- If you want to pay with ZapCash vouchers, select the one you wish to use.
- Your bill amount will be reduced by the voucher value or to zero if the value is more than the total amount.
- You can view your remaining ZapCash voucher balance at any time in your "My Vouchers" tab on the Zapper app, check under 'Wallet' and then 'Received'.

- ZapCash vouchers are valid for a maximum period of three (3) years from purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Any balance that remains on a ZapCash voucher after the validity period has ended will no longer be available for use.
- ZapCash vouchers can only be redeemed through a Zapper payment at a Zapper-affiliated merchant.
- ZapCash vouchers are a bearer document and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour in order to benefit unduly from a voucher is an abuse of the benefit, and Zapper reserves the right to deactivate, cancel and/or not honour the voucher.
- Zapper reserves the right to modify or terminate the voucher program at any time without prior notice.
