This eGift Card may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd. This eGift Card can only be used in store or online at www.sainsburys.co.uk. It cannot be used for purchases via the Sainsbury’s App, over the phone, at Sainsbury’s Petrol Stations, or any concessions within Sainsbury’s. This eGift Card is not a credit, payment, or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash, for Sainsbury’s Bank products, services, or credit card balances, and cannot be resold or re-tendered. The value of this eGift Card expires on the date shown above, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time, the card will be deemed inactive, and any remaining balance will be lost. Treat this eGift Card as cash–it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen. There are two methods of redeeming your eGift Card:

1. In-store

• Present the eGift Card from your smartphone or a printed copy.
• After use, any remaining balance will be shown on the receipt.
• It is your responsibility to retain the receipt and eGift Card for future use.
• Multiple eGift Cards can be used in a single transaction, up to a total of £250.
• If items are returned in accordance with our refund policy (Refund Policy), any refund will be credited back to your eGift Card.

2. Online at www.sainsburys.co.uk

• eGift Cards can be used only for Sainsbury’s Online Groceries, not at tuclothing.sainsburys.co.uk.
• The maximum value that can be redeemed in one transaction is £250.
• A minimum order value of £40 and delivery fees apply.
• The eGift Card cannot be used to pay for delivery charges.
• Customers must register and accept the terms and privacy policy at www.sainsburys.co.uk.

Conversion required:

To use online, convert your eGift Card to an online coupon:

1. Enter your eGift Card code and PIN at checkout.
2. Enter the amount to convert.
3. Any remaining balance will require the code and PIN for future conversions.
4. The online coupon will expire 24 months after conversion.

If your order drops below the converted coupon value due to substitutions, the full coupon value will still be used, and the balance will be credited to your online grocery coupon wallet.

Refunds from online purchases will also be credited back to your coupon wallet.

We will not provide an expiry reminder. If goods are out of stock on your booked grocery delivery date, Sainsbury’s will offer a substitute unless you tell us not to. If, as a result of substitutes, the value of your order drops below the value of your converted eGift Card applied to that transaction, then the converted eGift Card payment will be used for the full value of your basket (excluding delivery charge). The balance will be credited to your Sainsbury’s online grocery coupon wallet as a new coupon to be used against an online grocery shop at Sainsbury’s within 24 months of conversion.
