Birkenstock Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in). The gift cards can be bought by any Birkenstock customer who shall be deemed as “sender”. Post the purchase of the online gift cards it shall be emailed to the mentioned email address by the sender at the time of purchase to the “receiver”.
Gift cards can be only purchased through prepaid mode of payment, cash on delivery will not be applicable during the purchase of gift cards.
The Gift Cards can be redeemed for all goods in the Birkenstock India website (www.birkenstock.in).
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards.
Gift cards can be combined with promotional vouchers, but discretion of use remains with Birkenstock India team
If the value of the gift card is not sufficient for an order, the difference would need to be paid with another payment method approved by Birkenstock India (Cash on Delivery is not applicable)
Gift cards that are purchased on Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in) cannot be redeemed at any Birkenstock Offline Stores
Customers can redeem upto 5 gift cards at the same time and any remaining balance in the gift card will be saved for next purchase against the last used gift cards.
At redemption the Gift Card number sent in email to receiver will be validated at Birkenstock India to ensure there is no revocation
Any balance remaining in the Gift Card will be carried over to next purchase
All Birkenstock India Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
The validity of gift cards cannot be extended after the expiry date. If there are any technical issues, please reach out to customer care immediately.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged in the form of cash or monetary transfers
Customers having issues with Gift Cards can reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com
Gift cards are not transferrable to any subsequent users or email ids
Birkenstock India is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission
In the event of loss of gift card or has been compromised kindly reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com. In such events we shall block the existing card and re-issue another gift card with the existing value after validating the authenticity of the “receiver”
Products purchased with gift cards follow the same refund/return policy as general orders in the Birkenstock India website
In events of product refunds, we will issue the refund into the same gift card that was used at the time of purchase, refund to any bank accounts will not be possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Pine labs private limited and Birkenstock India each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
