• This Card may be used to purchase goods and services at any participating Landry’s Inc. location in the United States, excluding Houlihan’s restaurants and GO RIO Cruises.
• Card is not valid in combination with any other discounts, promotional cards or discount coupons, online offers or other special pricing or promotions and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted banquet or private dining event.
• Card is not valid towards the purchase of another Gift Card.
• The Card has no cash value; except as required by law, it is not redeemable for cash.
• Any resale is strictly prohibited.

• This eCard is issued by MOCGC, Corp. and may be used toward the cost of lodging, food and beverage, salon and spa, and/or retail merchandise charges at Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino locations only.
• eCard may not be redeemed or used for gambling purposes, or used in conjunction with a banquet or private dining event.
• eCard may not be used at any restaurant or other business outlet not located within a Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino property.
• eCard is not valid towards the purchase of another eGift Card.
• Presentation and validation of the eCard is required for redemption.
• The eCard has no cash value; except as required by law, it is not redeemable for cash.
• Each time you use this eCard, we will deduct the amount of your purchase from the eCard balance until the full value on the eCard has been depleted.
• If the purchase exceeds the funds available on the eCard, you must pay the difference at the time of purchase.
• Except as required by law, the eCard cannot be redeemed for cash in any jurisdiction.
• Any resale is strictly prohibited.
