- Bring it to any KAY Jewelers retail store in the U.S.

- KAY and KAY OUTLET ("KAY") gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by SGCO, LLC.
- When you purchase or use a KAY Gift Card, you agree to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions available on https://www.kay.com/gift-card-terms ("Terms"), including, without limitation, your agreement to arbitrate disputes and waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Gift Card issuer and its affiliates.
- Gift Cards are redeemable at KAY retail locations or online at https://www.kay.com.
- Gift Cards may be used to purchase KAY merchandise or services only.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, to pay off balances on any KAY Credit Card account, or in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Gift Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.
- Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any dormancy or other fees.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, reloaded, or resold. Protect your Gift Card like cash.
- KAY is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your permission.
- If your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you have the required proof of purchase, KAY will issue you a replacement Gift Card with the balance shown on KAY records at the time of notification.
