- Open the GrabGifts e-voucher on your mobile device (not computer/laptop).
- Tap on "Click to redeem." You will be redirected to the Grab app.
- Log in to your Grab account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add the GrabGifts e-voucher to your account.
- Alternatively, copy and paste the entire GrabGifts e-voucher link into another browser's address bar on mobile device and hit [enter] to open the e-voucher, from there tap on "Click to redeem' and follow the instructions to redeem / add GrabGifts e-voucher to Grab account.
- eGift can be used in the Grab Food section of the Grab app.
- You can use 1 eGift on the same invoice.
- eGift cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- eGift is valid for one-time use only. Do not accept eGift beyond the expiry date, status "Used".
- eGift will not be refunded for change and is not exchangeable for cash. Customers may be asked to pay extra if they use more than the value of the eGift.
- Customers are responsible for keeping eGift information confidential after placing an order. UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in "Used" status after the time the eGift is exported for any reason.
