  1. The voucher will be sent the recipient's email address.
  2. Your 8 digit Grab voucher code is printed in the upper right section of your voucher. Otherwise, it is indicated in the voucher that your voucher code will be sent within 1-5 working days (no need to email us). 
  3. If voucher code is blank, please email us at admin@gifted.ph to request for your voucher code.
  4. Once you receive your voucher code, open your Grab App, choose Food.
  5. Enter your delivery address.
  6. Search or choose a restaurant and add to basket.
  7. View Basket and enter the voucher code in the "Offer" field then click use now.
  8. Tap "place order" and enjoy your discount.

  1. The gift certificate is valid immediately after receiving it.
  2. Voucher is valid for GrabFood orders only with minimum order/basket required PHP 500.
  3. Voucher is applicable to cities where GrabFood is available (Metro Manila and Cebu).
  4. It has a three month expiration, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts.
  5. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the gift certificate.
  6. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.
  7. Gift voucher will be delivered within 6 to 7 working days.
