Decathlon physical stores
- Print your gift card with the barcode.
- Choose the physical Decathlon store in which you want to use your gift card among all those on the list.
- Show your card to the cashier before paying.
- You can complete the amount payable with another payment method that is accepted in the store.
- On the Decathlon.hu website, choose the items you want to buy.
- Select Decathlon Gift Card as payment method. - Enter the 16 digits of your gift card, and the 4 digits of the еCode and select the “accept” option.
- If the purchase amount is greater than that of your gift card, it can be completed with another payment method.
- The gift card can be used at all Decathlon stores located in Hungary.
- For online purchases, the gift card can be used as a payment method on Decathlon.hu.
- The online gift card is valid for 2 years from the activation date.
- The gift card can be used multiple times as long as there is a balance available on it. If necessary, it can also be used in combination with other payment methods until the full credit is used up or the card expires.
- The gift card can be used for partial purchases, but it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To use the online (digital) or plastic gift card, simply provide your gift card number or PIN code during the online payment process. This payment method is available if supported by the system. You can also use the online (digital) gift card at physical stores, either in its digital form or by presenting a printed version.
- To check your gift card balance, view your purchase history, and find the expiry date, enter your gift card number and PIN on www.decathlon.hu. You can also inquire about these details at our stores or through our Central Customer Service.
- Used or expired products cannot be recharged. They are also not eligible for refunds, replacements, or extensions once they are lost, stolen, or expired.

Online rendelésnél jelenleg (2024.09.15) maximum 11db ajándékutalványt lehet felhasználni. De személyes vásárlásnál az ügyfélszolgálat szerint nincs sem darab sem értékhatár. Online csak a Dechatlon által forgalmazott termékeket lehet így fizetni, ha a termék alá van írva hogy "forgalmazza XY" akkor nem. Ajándékkártyákkal nem lehet nagyobb értékű ajándékkártyát venni, legalábbis online, lehet hogy személyesen egy boltban megoldható.

A hivatalos androidos Decathlon app-ban könnyen lehet tárolni több ajándékkártyát, azt is mutatja melyiken mennyi pénz maradt a vásárlás után.
