- The activation of the gift voucher usually takes place within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel the order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred back to you, credited, or charged. For purchases via zalando.it or the app, the value of the voucher will be returned to your user account.
- Gift vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order. They are excluded from the exchange and cannot be blocked.
- If you send a voucher by email, Zalando will inform you about the receipt of the voucher.
