[Expiration Policy]

1. Expiration can be extended for unused vouchers only, up to 1 day before the original expiry date.
2. Extensions are allowed in 93-day increments, up to 5 years from the original issue date.
3. Call inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request extension. (Weekdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)

[Refund/Cancelation Policy]

• After the initial expiration date, the recipient must call inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund.
  • 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
• Refunds for expired vouchers can be requested only within 5 years from the original issue date.
