- Used or expired products cannot be recharged. They are also not eligible for refunds, replacements, or extensions once they are lost, stolen, or expired.

Online rendelésnél jelenleg (2024.09.15) maximum 11db ajándékutalványt lehet felhasználni. De személyes vásárlásnál az ügyfélszolgálat szerint nincs sem darab sem értékhatár. Online csak a Dechatlon által forgalmazott termékeket lehet így fizetni, ha a termék alá van írva hogy "forgalmazza XY" akkor nem. Ajándékkártyákkal nem lehet nagyobb értékű ajándékkártyát venni, legalábbis online, lehet hogy személyesen egy boltban megoldható.

A hivatalos androidos Decathlon app-ban könnyen lehet tárolni több ajándékkártyát, azt is mutatja melyiken mennyi pénz maradt a vásárlás után.
