In-Store Redemption:
- Go to a Dutch Bros Coffee shop in the USA.
- Place your order
- At the window or register, present your e-Gift Card
- The barista will scan or enter the card number and deduct the gift card value from your purchase.

In App Redemption:
- Download and open the Dutch Bros app on iOS or Android.
- Navigate to Payment Methods or Gift Cards.
- Choose “Add Gift Card” or similar in the app.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN/reg code
- Your gift card balance will be loaded into the app

- Dutch Bros Coffee® Gift Cards ("GCs") may be used for the purchase of eligible goods from participating Dutch Bros locations and the Dutch Bros App.
- GCs cannot be reused nor can additional value be added.
- Except as required by law, GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
- Dutch Bros Coffee is not responsible if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- GCs purchased through unauthorized channels will be considered void, and no funds or reimbursements will be offered.
