- The card must be presented at checkout or the barcode/number of the e-voucher must be provided. Digital codes must be printed — codes shown on a phone or laptop screen will not be accepted.
- Valid for 4 years from the date of issuance.
- Balance and expiry date can be checked:
- At the Customer Service Point in any Kaufland store in Poland.
- By calling +48 800 300 062.
- The gift card should be treated like cash and kept in good condition.
- Kaufland is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed cards.
- No replacements will be issued in case of loss or damage.
