1. The e-voucher is valid for one user only.
2. The e-voucher value is on a drawdown basis and can be used for multiple transactions, depending on each spend.
3. All e-vouchers are issued by Klook Travel Technology Limited (“KLOOK”).
4. By purchasing an e-voucher, you agree to be bound by these e-voucher Terms & Conditions and KLOOK’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as may be amended or modified from time to time at KLOOK’s sole discretion.
5. Your continued use of the e-voucher and/or KLOOK’s website and mobile app (collectively, the “KLOOK Platform”) after such amendments or modifications constitutes your acceptance of them.
6. The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be re-transferred or sold to third parties.
7. Purchase of e-vouchers is ineligible for earning KLOOK Credits.
8. Unless otherwise specified, use of KLOOK Credits or The e-voucher balance and all special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons will not be applicable in the purchase of the e-voucher.
9. Payment for the purchase of e-vouchers may only be in the currency of the e-voucher balance.
10. KLOOK shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of KLOOK e-voucher arising from acts and omissions of the user or any third party.
11. Subject to applicable law, KLOOK reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate these e-voucher Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English or other language version of these e-vouchers' Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
