- Open the Maya App: Ensure you have the Maya app installed on your mobile device. Open the app and log in to your account. If you don't have an account, you’ll need to sign up and complete the setup process.
- Access the Menu: On the home screen, tap on the “More” or “Menu” button (usually represented by three horizontal lines or dots).
- Select the Redemption Option: Choose the “Gift Cards” or “Redeem” option.
- Enter the Gift Card Code: You will be prompted to enter the gift card code. Type in the code exactly as it appears on the card.
- Redeem the Code: Tap on “Redeem” or “Submit” to process the gift card. The app will validate the code and, if valid, add the corresponding amount to your Maya wallet.
- Confirm Balance: Check your wallet balance on the app’s home screen to ensure the amount has been added.
- Use Your Credits: You can now use the funds in your Maya wallet for online purchases, bill payments, or transferring money.
- Maya eGift can be used to top-up your Maya wallet.
- Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount/denomination.
- The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code.
- Maya accepts a maximum of four (4) transactions per service.
- Maya accepts a maximum of P10,000 per transaction.
- Maya accepts a maximum amount of P50,000 per month.
- Limits will reset on the first day of the next month.
- Maya loading is operated by Giftaway, Inc. and is not officially affiliated with Maya.
- A transfer fee may be deducted to cover the costs associated with processing the redemption to the Service Provider, the amounts and structure of which are subject to change without prior notice.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the applicable transfer fees before initiating a redemption.
