- Log in to zalando.es or the Zalando app. Enter the code of your gift card in your user account in the "My balance and my gift cards" section. We will add the amount to your account instantly. You can also enter the code during the purchase process on the payment and order confirmation page. If you do not use the full value of the gift card, we will transfer the remaining amount to your account under "My balance and my gift cards."

- Gift Card values will be limited to max 200€. In non-EUR countries, max Gift Card values will be limited to the equivalent of max 200€ in local currency.
- Gift Card transactions will be limited to max 200€ per transaction.
- Gift Cards will expire after 5 years (subject to local regulations).
- Gift Cards can be redeemed on Zalando’s fashion assortment only.
- Cash payment and reimbursement in case of loss/damage are not possible.
- The activation of the gift voucher usually takes place within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel the order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred back to you, credited, or charged. For purchases via zalando.es or the app, the value of the voucher will be returned to your user account.
- Gift vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order. They are excluded from the exchange and cannot be blocked.
- If you send a voucher by email, Zalando will inform you about the receipt of the voucher.

Funciona perfecto, lo único como en la pagina tienes que poner en el mismo sitio la tarjeta regalo y el código descuento (que tenía el producto a mayores), me dio error la primera vez, después metí antes la tarjeta regalo y luego el código descuento me lo aplicó correctamente.
