How to Redeem the MOS CARD Gift Code
- Access to the exchange site (https://giftcode.jp/mos).
- Enter the PIN code you received upon purchase and your email address.
- Once the redemption is complete, you will receive a MOS CARD number and PIN number.
How to redeem in-store
- Download the official MOS BURGER app (https://www.mos.jp/service/mosca/number/)
- Open the app and tap the "MOS CARD" button.
- Tap "Enter card number and PIN to display".
- Tap "Enter MOS CARD number manually".
- Enter your MOS CARD number and PIN.
- Review the MOS CARD Terms of Use, and tap "Agree and display".
- Your card balance and expiration date will be shown, and you can start using the Mos Card for in-store and online payments.
If you already have a MOS CARD or Mobile MOS CARD, you can add the balance to your existing card.
