TheFork ギフトカード

La Gift Card TheFork (“Gift Card”), che può essere utilizzata presso i ristoranti TheFork aderenti, è valida per 18 mesi dalla data di emissione (che potrebbe essere antecedente alla data in cui hai ricevuto la Gift Card) come indicato sulla Gift Card. Tuttavia, TheFork può lanciare azioni di marketing in cui le Carte regalo hanno un periodo di validità diverso dai 18 mesi, pertanto vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente i termini di tali azioni.

Le Gift Card consistono in un codice e nelle immagini ed informazioni associate.

Le Gift Card hanno un valore predeterminato e non può essere modificato.

Non sono previste sostituzioni, ricariche o rimborsi (anche parziali) di Gift Card e TheFork non si assume alcuna responsabilità in caso di smarrimento, furto, distruzione o utilizzo non autorizzato delle Gift Card.

Le Gift Card non possono essere scambiate per denaro. Le Gift Card non possono essere rivendute ma possono essere cedute a terzi, a condizione che il codice della Gift Card non sia stato precedentemente inserito nell'Applicazione.

Le Gift Card possono essere utilizzate, presso i ristoranti aderenti partners di TheFork e aventi sede in Italia, per il consumo del pasto presso il ristorante e cibi e bevande che il ristorante offre la possibilità di aggiungere al conto oltre al pasto, con le seguenti modalità:

• inserire il codice della Gift Card nella sezione TheFork PAY;
• prenotare il ristorante aderente su thefork.it o tramite l'app di TheFork (la "Piattaforma");
• gustare il proprio pasto...e magari aggiungere una bottiglia di quell’ottimo vino o olio che si è appena assaggiati da portare via;
• pagare il conto del pasto tramite TheFork PAY – se la Gift Card non copre l’intero ammontare del conto, è possibile pagare la differenza tramite la carta di credito salvata su TheFork PAY o con qualsiasi altro metodo di pagamento idoneo.

I ristoranti aderenti possono essere selezionati sulla Piattaforma, utilizzando il filtro "Gift Card".

Le Gift Card vengono emesse da La Fourchette (Italy) S.r.l (operante come TheFork).

Le Gift Card non possono essere utilizzate in nessun altro modo o per qualsiasi altro scopo, al di fuori di quanto previsto dalle presenti Condizioni d’Uso.

L’acquisto di una Gift Card non comporta alcuna attribuzione di punti Yums.

TheFork si riserva il diritto di modificare le presenti Condizioni d’Uso di volta in volta a sua discrezione. Le presenti Condizioni d’Uso sono applicabili nei limiti previsti dalla legge.

The TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Card”), which can be used at participating TheFork restaurants, is valid for 18 months from the date of issue (which may be prior to the date you received the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card However, TheFork may launch marketing actions in which the Gift Cards have a validity period other than 18 months, so we invite you to carefully read the terms of such actions.

Gift Cards consist of a code and associated images and information.

Gift Cards have a predetermined value and cannot be changed.

There are no replacements, top-ups or refunds (even partial) of Gift Cards and TheFork assumes no responsibility in the event of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for money. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be transferred to third parties, provided that the Gift Card code has not previously been entered into the Application.

The Gift Cards can be used, at participating restaurants that are partners of TheFork and based in Italy, for the consumption of the meal at the restaurant and foods and drinks that the restaurant offers the possibility of adding to the bill in addition to the meal, in the following ways :

enter the Gift Card code in the TheFork PAY section;

book the participating restaurant on thefork.it or via the TheFork app (the "Platform");

enjoy your meal... and maybe add a bottle of that excellent wine or oil you just tasted to take away;

pay the meal bill via TheFork PAY – if the Gift Card does not cover the full amount of the bill, you can pay the difference via the credit card saved on TheFork PAY or with any other suitable payment method.

Participating restaurants can be selected on the Platform, using the "Gift Card" filter.

Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette (Italy) S.r.l (trading as TheFork).

Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any other purpose, other than as provided in these Terms of Use.

The purchase of a Gift Card does not entail any attribution of Yums points.

TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use are applicable within the limits established by law.
