JIO E- Gift Voucher is processed and distributed by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
AJIO E-Gift Voucher is redeemable only on www.AJIO.com, www.luxe.ajio.com and AJIO mobile application.
AJIO E-Gift Voucher shall have a validity period of 1 year from the date of valid purchase
The value of AJIO E-Gift Voucher is required to be added into the AJIO Wallet account as a pre-requisite to redeem AJIO E-Gift Vouchers. AJIO E-Gift Vouchers loaded on to AJIO Wallet have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of such loading.
The loading of AJIO E-Gift Voucher onto the user’s AJIO Wallet account shall constitute registration of the user on the AJIO Platform.
AJIO E-Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other AJIO E-gift vouchers.
In cases where the order is cancelled by the user, the E- Gift Voucher amount shall be refunded to user’s AJIO Wallet..
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges leviable and payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the user.
AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with AJIO E-Gift Voucher including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the User that is caused by:
i.technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's from redeeming AJIO E-Gift Voucher
ii.any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of AJIO E-Gift Voucher;
iii.any misuse of the AJIO E-Gift Voucher by another person due to loss of AJIO E-Gift Voucher;
iv.any other events beyond the AJIO Platform’s control that may cause the AJIO E-Gift Voucher to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Holder.
Once the AJIO E - Gift Voucher has been sent to the user, then the user is bound to protect the AJIO E-Gift Voucher PIN or E -Gift Voucher number. In the event of any misuse of AJIO E -Gift Voucher due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, Reliance Retail Limited/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Vouchers.
Reliance Retail Limited/Qwikcilver Solutions assume no responsibility for the products purchased using AJIO E - Gift Voucher and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
Qwikcilver/ Reliance Retail Limited reserves the right to cancel the AJIO E - Gift Voucher if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means
Reliance Retail Limited along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Voucher, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.

AJIO E-Gift Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 - 48 hours.
