- Every holder of a Gift Card must add the value stored on the Gift Card into their EatSure User Account.
- The EatSure Gift Card is redeemable only on the EatSure iOS/Android app.
- To redeem, users must enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the m-pin on the payment/checkout page.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the user must pay the difference using other available payment methods.
- The EatSure Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the value of the Gift Card is exhausted.
- Users cannot club more than one Gift Card in a single order.
- Delivery charges and taxes apply as per the order.
- The EatSure Gift Card is a pre-paid payment instrument subject to RBI regulations under RBI guidelines.
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Vananam may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/redeemer and other related information with RBI or other statutory authorities.
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Vananam may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the EatSure Gift Card for further information if needed.
- If the KYC details as per RBI guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Vananam retain the right to cancel the Gift Card.
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited shall honor and consider requests for blocking Gift Cards only from registered users.
- EatSure Gift Cards can only be purchased by debit or credit cards issued by Indian Banks and cannot be purchased by cash or prepaid wallets.
- The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another EatSure Gift Card.
- No cash withdrawal is allowed against the Gift Card.
- Rebel Marketplace India Private Limited / Vananam reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards purchased through fraudulent means and credit the funds back to the original source.
- If an order is cancelled as per the Cancellation Policy and the Gift Card was used, the redemption amount will be credited back to the Gift Card.
- Cardholders may request revalidation of an expired Gift Card, subject to additional terms and conditions upon verification.
- No fees or charges apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
- The EatSure Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The user is solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. EatSure and/or Vananam are not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
- No duplicate cards will be issued, and EatSure is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card.
- The Gift Card is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- Gift Cards are normally sent instantly via email/SMS, but delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system issues.
- In case of disputes, EatSure reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Gift Card.
- EatSure reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
