SuperValu will redeem valid SuperValu Gift Cards in full or part payment for goods (excluding lottery tickets, gift cards, money cards and vending machine sales) in participating SuperValu stores in the Republic of Ireland only or online at www.supervalu.ie/shopping. Additional exclusions apply to SuperValu Charity Gift Cards as detailed below.
SuperValu Charity Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in respect of the purchase of the following: alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, lottery tickets, gift cards, money cards and vending machine sales
You can check your SuperValu Gift Card balance online at https://supervalu.ie/gift-cards/balance, in any SuperValu store, or on your receipt
A SuperValu Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash
Musgrave will not be liable for lost, stolen, fraudulently used or damaged SuperValu Gift Cards
Musgrave reserve the right to cancel a SuperValu Gift Card at any time where the payment for purchase of that SuperValu Gift Card has been cancelled, reversed or does not process
A SuperValu gift card and any remaining balance will expire 5 years after the date of the first activation as detailed at paragraph 3 above.
A physical Standard SuperValu Gift Card requires a minimum load of €5 and carries a maximum limit of €250. A Standard SuperValu Gift Card can be reloaded provided that the total amount loaded on the SuperValu Gift Card does not exceed €250 in a month (30 day rolling period) and provided the maximum limit of €250 is not exceeded
SuperValu Corporate Gift Cards and SuperValu Charity Gift Cards require a minimum load of €5 and can be loaded up to a maximum amount of €500. SuperValu Corporate Gift Cards, SuperValu Charity Gift Cards and all forms of SuperValu e-gift cards are not reloadable
Change is not given on purchases made with a SuperValu Gift Card. Any remaining balance may be used against future purchases
SuperValu Gift Cards may not be sold to any third parties and may not be used for resale
Musgrave reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of SuperValu Gift Card usage from time to time where necessary. Notice will be given of such changes where possible
