TheFork Hediye Kartı

La Tarjeta Regalo TheFork ("Tarjetas Regalo") puede utilizarse en los restaurantes participantes de TheFork y es válida por 18 meses a partir de su fecha de emisión (que puede ser antes de que usted realmente reciba la Tarjeta Regalo) indicada en la Tarjeta Regalo. No obstante, TheFork puede lanzar acciones de marketing por las que las Tarjetas Regalo tienen un periodo de validez diferente a 18 meses, por lo que le rogamos que lea atentamente las condiciones de dichas acciones.

Las Tarjetas Regalo consisten de un código y información y elementos visuales asociados.

Las Tarjetas Regalo tiene un valor predeterminado y no se puede cambiar.

No habrá reemplazo, recarga o reembolso (ni siquiera parcial) de las Tarjetas Regalo y TheFork no acepta ninguna responsabilidad en caso de pérdida, robo, destrucción o uso no autorizado de las Tarjetas Regalo.

Las Tarjetas Regalo no pueden ser cambiadas por dinero en efectivo. Las Tarjetas Regalo no se pueden revender, pero se pueden entregar a otra persona, siempre que no se haya introducido el código de la Tarjeta Regalo en la Aplicación.

Las Tarjetas Regalo pueden canjearse por comidas (alimentos y bebidas) en los restaurantes participantes asociados de TheFork ubicados en España, así como los productos alimenticios y bebidas ofrecidos por el restaurante, cuando seañaden a la cuenta , de la siguiente manera:

• entrar el código de la Tarjeta Regalo en TheFork PAY;
• reservar un restaurante participante en thefork.es o en la aplicación (la "Plataforma");
• disfrutar su comida ... y tal vez añadir una botella de ese gran vino o aceite de oliva que acaba de probar para llevar;
• pagar la cuenta con TheFork PAY - si la Tarjeta Regalo no cubrela totalidad del importe, puedes pagar el saldo con una tarjeta de crédito guardada en TheFork PAY o con cualquier otro método de pago.

Se pueden buscar los restaurantes participantes en la Plataforma utilizando el filtro “Tarjetas Regalo”.

Las Tarjetas Regalo son emitidas por La Fourchette España S.L. (comercializado como TheFork).

Las Tarjetas Regalo no pueden utilizarse de ninguna otra manera ni para ningún otro fin que no sea lo previsto en estas Condiciones de Uso.

La compra de una Tarjeta Regalo no da lugar a ninguna atribución de Yums.

TheFork se reserva el derecho de modificar estas Condiciones de Uso de vez en cuando a su discreción. Estas Condiciones de Uso son aplicables en la mayor medida permitida por la ley.

The TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Card”), which can be used at participating TheFork restaurants, is valid for 18 months from the date of issue (which may be prior to the date you received the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card However, TheFork may launch marketing actions in which the Gift Cards have a validity period other than 18 months, so we invite you to carefully read the terms of such actions.

Gift Cards consist of a code and associated images and information.

Gift Cards have a predetermined value and cannot be changed.

There are no replacements, top-ups or refunds (even partial) of Gift Cards and TheFork assumes no responsibility in the event of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for money. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be transferred to third parties, provided that the Gift Card code has not previously been entered into the Application.

The Gift Cards can be used, at participating restaurants that are partners of TheFork and based in Italy, for the consumption of the meal at the restaurant and foods and drinks that the restaurant offers the possibility of adding to the bill in addition to the meal, in the following ways :

enter the Gift Card code in the TheFork PAY section;

book the participating restaurant on thefork.it or via the TheFork app (the "Platform");

enjoy your meal... and maybe add a bottle of that excellent wine or oil you just tasted to take away;

pay the meal bill via TheFork PAY – if the Gift Card does not cover the full amount of the bill, you can pay the difference via the credit card saved on TheFork PAY or with any other suitable payment method.

Participating restaurants can be selected on the Platform, using the "Gift Card" filter.

Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette (Italy) S.r.l (trading as TheFork).

Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any other purpose, other than as provided in these Terms of Use.

The purchase of a Gift Card does not entail any attribution of Yums points.

TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use are applicable within the limits established by law.
