Hello, I bought a Lyca top up , but it says that the number can’t be recognized .

This is the faster site for topping up my mobile network in any country

I purchased a voucher for £5 just to try out the service. I was charged £5.40p - I would not mind that but then the voucher did not work... So basically I've been ripped off. I have called Lycamobile and they say the voucher serial number is not consistent with their codes so... Spent the best of 2 hours trying to resolve this as I had assumed the voucher was not working because blockchain took ages to confirm but obviously that was not the problem... Then waiting time for calling Lycamobile support was 20 mins. I usually just purchase directly from the Lycamobile website but I had the foolish idea of trying this service out since I always have spare bitcoin in my account. Very bad idea!!!
