- รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันช้อปปี้เพย์ (ShopeePay) ต้องได้ทำการแสดงตน (KYC) เสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) กำหนดเท่านั้น
- หากทำการแลกแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิก แลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือขอคืนได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- บริษัทฯ อาจจะเปลี่ยนแปลงส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมดของกฎการโอนคะแนนสะสมรวมถึงระเบียบ, นโยบาย, สิทธิ, ประโยชน์, เงื่อนไขของการเข้าร่วม หรือระดับคะแนนสะสม (หากมี) ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์บริการเติมเงิน ShopeePay Wallet ที่ได้ทำการลงทะเบียนกับแอปพลิเคชัน ShopeePay และด้วยหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เดียวกันเท่านั้น
- รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปแลก เปลี่ยน โอน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นได้ทุกกรณี
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ user ที่ทำตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงของกิจกรรมนี้อย่างสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วนภายในวันและเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ ยกเลิก เพิกถอน หรือเรียกคืนสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย (ถ้ามี) หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริต หรือฉ้อฉล เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้ หรือมีการกระทำผิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของ ShopeePay
- ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งอื่นใด คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

- ShopeePay Wallet is a top-up service on the ShopeePay application for the specified amount.
- Only ShopeePay application users who have completed the KYC process as required by ShopeePay (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will be eligible.
- Converted points cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or changed into cash for any reason.
- ShopeePay reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions, either wholly or partially, including but not limited to rights, benefits, privileges, conversion rate, membership level (if applicable), and/or any conditions without prior notice.
- ShopeePay reserves the right to top up ShopeePay Wallet with the same phone number that has been registered with the ShopeePay application only.
- Benefits may not be changed, transferred, or refunded in cash and may not be used in combination with other campaigns.
- ShopeePay reserves the right to the user who meets the terms and conditions within the specified time period only.
- ShopeePay reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or claim back the rights and benefits, either wholly or partially, as well as to claim for compensation (if any) if a user is found to defraud, embezzle, or act in bad faith in order to obtain rights and privileges, or if a user is in breach of ShopeePay terms of services.
- ShopeePay’s decisions shall be final and conclusive in case a dispute arises.

Not convenient for foreign users, needs a Thai person with a bank account connected to shopee pay on shopee website. Otherwise works as intended.

You *must have a Shopee Pay account to redeem it. If you are not a Thai Citizen, you cannot activate your Shopee Pay account. Do *NOT* buy this card if your not a Thai Citizen!! *IMPORTANT* having a Shopee account is *NOT* the same as a Shopee Pay account.

Does not work for foreigner in Thailand, shoppepay wallet will not accept passport for KYC. KYC, yuck! Dont bother!
