The travel voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
The travel date can also be after the expiry date of the voucher.
Travel vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other vouchers (promotional or refund vouchers) issued by us in one booking.
The travel voucher can only be used on www.lastminute.de to book a flight + hotel deal. Services provided and paid for by third parties are excluded.
The travel voucher can be used as often as you like until the voucher value is used up. If the booking amount is less than the value of the travel voucher used. The remaining credit can be used for later bookings. If the value of the booking is higher than the value of the travel voucher, the outstanding amount must be paid by credit card.
The travel voucher cannot be used to book flights marked as “Guaranteed Connection” on the results page: these are not offered directly by lastminute.com but by an external partner and therefore cannot be booked with the travel voucher.
The Travel Voucher cannot be sold, refunded (including if lost or stolen) or exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
The travel voucher cannot be used to book accommodation and hotels that require on-site payment.
The travel voucher cannot be used to add additional services to a confirmed booking.
The travel voucher is not valid for offers that are marked with a weg.de logo and/or forward to a website belonging to weg.de during the booking process. It is not valid for offers marked with a money-back symbol
