[Validity Period Extension Policy]

• Extensions are available only for unused vouchers and must be requested 1 day before the expiration date.
• The validity period can be extended in 93-day increments, up to a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date.
• To apply for an extension, call the inumber customer center (1644-5093) on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• After the initial expiration date, recipients must contact inumber customer center (1644-5093) to request a refund.
• 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
• Refunds can only be requested within 5 years from the original issuance date.

[취소 및 환불 정책]

• 최초 만료일 이후, inumber 고객센터(1644-5093)를 통해 환불 신청이 가능합니다.
• 구매금액의 90%가 환불됩니다.
• 환불 신청은 최초 발행일로부터 5년 이내에만 가능합니다.
