Domino’s is a pizza chain known for its fast service and a variety of customizable pizzas, perfect for any occasion.

- Print the Gift Card code.
- Inform and present the code at the cashier for redemption.
- For phone orders, mention the code during the call to apply it to your purchase.
- Only one (1) Gift Card can be used per purchase.
- If the Gift Card does not cover the full purchase amount, the difference can be paid using a credit or debit card.
- In the event of theft or loss, the Gift Card will not be reissued.
- Nominal codes apply only for partial or full redemption of the code.
- Valid for in-store redemption or through a direct phone order to the store (the code must be mentioned during the call).
- Codes are digital and can only be redeemed at the Provider's establishments.
- Not valid for orders placed through Didi, Rappi, or other delivery aggregators.
- If redeeming the digital voucher (code) via phone order, a delivery fee of $5,500 pesos (or the current rate) will apply.
- Valid Monday to Sunday, according to each restaurant's operating hours.
- Not valid for purchases through the website, app, Contact Center, or aggregators.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Valid for redemption in the cities of Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín at the Provider’s establishments.
- Not valid at sub-franchised stores in these cities or at national-level locations in secondary cities or sub-franchises.
- For phone orders, the delivery area is limited.
- The "30 minutes or free" business policy is indefinitely suspended.
- If the order exceeds the value of the digital code, the buyer must cover the remaining amount using any authorized payment method, along with any applicable delivery fees.
- Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S. will fulfill the order for DCANJE beneficiaries who provide the code, under the terms and conditions outlined here.
- Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S. is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or fraudulent codes.
- It is DCANJE’s responsibility to communicate the terms and conditions to the designated beneficiaries of the codes. Any third-party claims regarding different conditions will be the sole responsibility of DCANJE, and Domino’s will not be held liable.
- All prices include taxes.
- The code is a bearer element, meaning anyone who provides the code can redeem it.
- Once the expiration date has passed, the code cannot be extended or refunded.
