Both the physical and virtual Bitrefill Card can be used for online shopping and at merchants that accept contactless and chip and PIN payments. Android users can leverage the tap-to-pay feature via Google Pay, thanks to NFC technology. For iOS users, Apple Pay integration is being planned and will be available in the future. Please note that due to our card partner's policies, usage may be restricted to merchants in certain jurisdictions.

当社では、Starter（スターター）とPlus（プラス）の2つの利用限度額レベルを提供しています。Starterレベルでは、本人確認のみで最大15,000ユーロまでの入金および利用が可能です。Plusレベルでは、追加の本人確認と住所確認が必要ですが、より高い利用限度額が設定されます。詳しくは、料金ページをご覧ください。
Individuals aged 18 or older who passed an identity verification process (managed by our card partner) and are residents of the following countries are eligible to apply for the Bitrefill Card:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Due to regulatory reasons, we are currently unable to offer services to citizens of the United States of America and the Russian Federation, regardless of their residency. However, citizens of the Russian Federation who also hold EU/EEA citizenship are eligible for our Services.
First, sign up for and activate the virtual card. After activation, go to your card account page, press the ‘physical’ tab above the picture of your virtual card to be taken to the physical card section. Next, press the ‘Order your card’ button, confirm your shipping address, set up a new 3DS password for the card, and finally confirm your order. There will be no charges for the card or shipping.
The card will be delivered via local post, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it's been dispatched. There are no extra fees.
