To use your Gift Card for instore purchases:- At the point of purchase, tell the staff that you are going to use 'Mobile' as your payment method
- On their payment system, they need to check for the 'Payments' screen, there are various options such as Cash, Ozow, 1Voucher and.... 'Mobile'
- After selecting Mobile, read out your voucher code and the staff member must type it in. The system takes a few seconds to process and should complete the transaction
If the store staff are unsure (as these transactions don't get used often), the team can confirm by calling their head office team who will confirm that Yoyo vouchers are a normal payment method. Some customers also do a R10 test purchase of something to make sure first and give the staff confidence that it will work.
