Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded. This eGift Card must be exchanged for a physical MAF Gift Card at the following Customer Service Desks for activation: Mall of the Emirates, City Center Deira - Dubai, and City Center Mirdif - Dubai.

Worked as expected. A very useful product if you gonna visit mall of the Emirates, one of the biggest malls in Dubai. Redeemed it in “customer service” in just one minute. Better to have a Dubai cell number.
