- Gift Card transactions will be limited to max 200€ per transaction.
- Gift Cards will expire after 5 years (subject to local regulations).

- Cash payment and reimbursement in case of loss/damage are not possible.
- The activation of the gift voucher usually takes place within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel the order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred back to you, credited, or charged. For purchases via www.zalando.at or the app, the value of the voucher will be returned to your user account.
- Gift vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order. They are excluded from the exchange and cannot be blocked.
