- Using the Gift Card:
- At the checkout page on Lieferando.at or in the mobile app, you may use the Gift Card.
- Other available online payment methods may be used to cover any outstanding amounts.
- Until the full amount is redeemed, the Gift Card may be used numerous times.
- Restrictions:
- The Gift Card cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions that may be advertised or offered periodically.
- Gift Cards cannot be directly or indirectly reproduced, distributed, published, copied, or transferred.
- The redemption of the Gift Card may be subject to individual restaurant terms and conditions, such as minimum order values.
- Refunds and Transfers:
- Gift Cards that have been wholly or partially used cannot be refunded by Lieferando.
- Refunded Gift Cards will be canceled and declared invalid.
- After purchasing a Gift Card, the account credit value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Gift Cards cannot be replenished or used to buy other Lieferando Gift Cards.
- They cannot be sold, exchanged for value, or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
- Unused Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another Lieferando platform.
- Validity:
- Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If the value of your purchase (including service charge and restaurant charges where applicable) is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining account credit balance can be redeemed when you next make a purchase.
- If you have credit, you can place as many orders as you like.
