How to Redeem
In-Store: Present this printed page, including barcode, to a Macy's Associate at checkout.
Online: E-Gift Cards may be redeemed online at macys.com by clicking "Apply Gift Card" when entering payment method at checkout. Enter the first 15-digits into the "Card Number" field and the last 4-digits into the "CID Number" field.
If you have any questions, please contact us or call 1-800-511-2752. Your Macy's E-Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.
To check your balance: You may check any remaining value via the online Balance Inquiry function, or in-store by scanning the barcode at a price checker terminal or calling 1-800-511-2752.

- This card is redeemable only for merchandise and in-store services at U.S. Macy’s, Macy’s Backstage, and macys.com (U.S. shipments only); it may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied as payment or credit to any credit card account.
- Macy’s reserves the right to decline cards from unauthorized sellers, including auction sites.
- This card may be placed on hold or rejected if fraud is suspected.
- Protect this card: you are responsible if it is lost or stolen.
- Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records.
- This card is issued by Macy’s Retail Holdings, LLC and is required for all inquiries.
- Never share a gift card number or 4 digit security code with someone you don’t know.
- No more than $2000 may be loaded onto a gift card in asingle day (including purchasing additional value and/or adding returns to agift card).
