1. Voucher hanya dapat digunakan untuk pesanan melalui Aplikasi Flash Coffee. Harap pastikan bahwa kode voucher sudah diterapkan dengan benar sebelum checkout.
2. Hanya satu voucher yang dapat digunakan dalam satu transaksi dan setiap nilai yang tidak terpakai akan hangus dan tidak dapat dikembalikan.
3. Voucher berlaku hingga tanggal kadaluarsa yang tertera pada masing-masing voucher. Masa berlaku voucher bersifat tetap dan tidak ada perpanjangan waktu yang diperbolehkan.
4. Anda setuju bahwa Anda tidak akan memiliki klaim terhadap Flash Coffee sehubungan dengan voucher yang kadaluarsa.
5. Voucher tidak dapat ditransfer antar akun.
6. Voucher yang diterbitkan di negara tertentu hanya valid dan dapat digunakan di negara penerbit dan nilainya harus dalam kuantum dan mata uang lokal sebagaimana tercantum pada voucher.
7. Voucher tidak dapat digunakan untuk membeli atau menukarkan voucher, promosi, kupon atau diskon lainnya.
8. Voucher tidak dapat ditumpuk atau digunakan bersamaan dengan promosi, kupon, diskon, atau voucher lainnya.
9. Voucher tidak dapat dikembalikan dan tidak dapat diganti jika hilang, kadaluarsa, rusak, atau dibatalkan.
10. Voucher tidak dapat ditukarkan atau ditukar dengan uang tunai.
11. Voucher bisa digunakan untuk semua transaksi minuman dan makanan, kecuali coffee beans.
12. Voucher hanya menanggung biaya produk, dan bukan biaya pengiriman (jika ada).
13. Flash Coffee berhak untuk menarik, mengubah, atau mengubah syarat dan ketentuan ini kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
14. Flash Coffee berhak tunggal dan mutlak untuk mendiskualifikasi atau menolak kapan saja, setiap pesanan atau penerapan voucher atau manfaat yang dianggap tidak memenuhi syarat atas kebijakannya sendiri.
15. Jika terjadi perselisihan, keputusan Flash Coffee bersifat final.

1. The voucher may only be used or applied in orders through the Flash Coffee App. Please ensure that the voucher code is applied correctly before checkout.
2. Only one voucher may be used in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable.
3. Vouchers are valid until the expiration date stated on each individual voucher. The validity is fixed and no extensions of time are allowed.
4. You agree that you will have no claim against Flash Coffee in respect of any expired vouchers.
5. Vouchers are not transferable between accounts.
6. Vouchers issued in a particular country are only valid and usable in the country of issuance and their values shall be in the quantum and local currency as stated on the voucher.
7. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase or redeem other vouchers, promotions, coupons, or discounts.
8. Vouchers cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or vouchers.
9. Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, expired, damaged, or voided.
10. Vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
11. Vouchers are valid for transactions for all drinks and food, excluding coffee beans.
12. Vouchers only cover the product fees, and not delivery fees (if applicable).
13. Flash Coffee reserves the right to withdraw, amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Flash Coffee reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject at any time, any orders or application of vouchers or benefits which it deems ineligible at its sole discretion.
15. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Flash Coffee is final.
