- Max Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from date of issue.

- Gift cards are redeemable both online and in-store at participating Max Fashion locations across the UAE.

- The gift card is partially redeemable, meaning you can use it over multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted.

- The card cannot be exchanged for cash — fully or partially.

- You can check remaining balance and expiry date via Max’s support pages or in-store; lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.

- If purchase amount exceeds card balance — the difference must be paid via another payment method (card, cash, etc.).

- Items purchased with the gift card are subject to Max’s standard return / exchange policy. Refunds or credit values may be issued according to store policy, but the card itself is non-refundable and cannot be reloaded.

- According to available notes, some Max Gift Vouchers may not be valid on sale or promotional items — this can vary by store and promotion.
