Mall Gift Card - My City Centre Nasseriya Sharjah Carte-cadeau

- The Mall Gift Card can be redeemed at any participating store, restaurant, or outlet within My City Centre Nasseriya, and more broadly at all participating MAF malls in the UAE (including City Centre malls and Mall of the Emirates) where the MAF Mall Gift Card is accepted.

- Use is limited to in-store (physical) purchases — the card is not valid for online shopping.

- e-Gift Cards purchased online must be exchanged for a physical Mall Gift Card at a MAF Customer Service Desk (for example, at the various City Centre malls or Mall of the Emirates) before redemption.

- An activation fee (e.g. AED 5) may apply when converting an e-Gift voucher into a physical Mall Gift Card.

- The e-Gift Card is valid for a limited period after purchase (commonly 6 months from the date of issue) before it must be redeemed for a physical card.

- Once activated, the Mall Gift Card does not have a guaranteed universal expiry date; however, any unused balance on an expired voucher cannot be extended or refunded.

- The card can be used for full or partial payment of purchases in any participating store, restaurant, or entertainment outlet. If the purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount can be paid by another accepted payment method (cash, card, etc.).

- The card cannot be reloaded — once its balance is spent, it ceases to hold value.

- The gift card is bearer-based. If lost, stolen, or damaged, it cannot be replaced — the issuing entity (MAF) and its retail partners are not liable for lost value.

- The card and its use are subject to the broader Terms & Conditions of the MAF Mall Gift Card program.
